Our featured reader this month is our teacher Jan Cramer, who also talks about her wonderful quilting work and some lovely quilting books for kids. Our featured author is Florence Perry Heide -- be sure to check out her wonderful book, Princess Hyacinth (the Surprising Tale of Girl Who Floated), which is our Deal of the Month.
Although we're online, we've kept our site intentionally a bit low-tech. So rather than clicking an "Add to Cart" button and entering your credit card information at checkout, you'll want to keep a pen or pencil and scrap of paper at your side as you browse our selections. Keep track of the titles you'd like to order. When you're ready to place your order, click the Place your Order link, then fill out the e-mail form noting in the message text which books you'd like to order (and the quantity, if you're ordering more than one of each title). Click the "send" link to submit your order, and we'll send a return e-mail confirming, giving your price total (after applying all discounts) and letting you know when your order will be ready to be picked up or sent home. You will need to drop off a check to pay for your order either at the office or through the drop-off line.
All of the featured selections listed on these pages are also available at the display outside the front office for you to examine, if you'd like, before placing an order. And please do note, some of the titles we offer are available only in limited quantities, so orders will be filled on a first-come first-served basis. We'll let you know when a title is sold out.
